Personal Check Policy
Sound Force does not accept personal checks.
Rental Policy
Valid Ohio Driver’s License and active Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card must be presented. No debit or check cards please. Driver’s License and credit card must be issued to the person signing the rental/lease agreement. The credit card will serve as deposit and the same credit card must be used to pay for the rental in advance.
Returns / Refunds / Credits Policy
Returns, refunds, or credits must be accompanied by an original Sound Force Inc. sales receipt. No returns, refunds, or credits can be issued past 30 days. Purchase made by check will be issued refund by check within 3 business days of proof of clearance. Purchase made by credit/debit/check card will be refunded only to the same card. Card must be presented to the cashier to process the refund. Purchase made with cash will be issued refund by check within 3 business days. Purchase made with business check will be issued a refund by business check within 3 business days of proof of clearance.
Warranty Policy
Products are warranted by their respective manufacturers. No additional warranties express or implied.
